Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Cinova account and the data that goes with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Cinova and go to your Profile tab.
2. Tap the gear to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Don't have the app anymore?

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll take care of it, usually within a few days.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile, ratings, rankings, reviews, comments, lists, watchlist, messages, followers and following, and any hashed contact data from Find Friends. Some records we're legally required to keep (like abuse reports you were involved in) may be retained in de-identified form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
