Zhao Dachun is a well-known local "psychic" in the Northeast. In order to popularize fortune telling, he engages in metaphysics on the surface, but privately joins forces with his younger brother Biao to help fortune tellers truly solve practical problems, leading to many amusing situations. Later, he becomes obsessed with money and gets involved in the feudal magic scam. When he comes to his senses, he exposes the criminals’ conspiracy.
