Season 1

On her first day at the hospital, Gye Su-jeong quickly ruffles feathers when she weighs in on an upcoming surgery — only to jump in when a crisis arises.

Faced with two pancreatic cancer patients — a wealthy chairman and a teenager — hospital staff clash over who to prioritize. But Su-jeong wastes no time.

The hospital staff grow suspicious of Su-jeong's past. When a cleaner suddenly collapses, Su-jeong must make a decision as no surgeon is available.

After a new surgeon arrives at the hospital, Jang Hui-suk and Su-jeong keep a close eye on him. Meanwhile, a pharmaceutical rep suffers an emergency.

Su-jeong makes a disturbing discovery about Na Dae-il and a patient. As her colleagues debate their next move, she gets a chance to make him pay.

A patient struggling with trauma from an old brain injury refuses surgery, pushing Su-jeong and her team to convince him to undergo treatment.

Su-jeong remains determined to save her patient, but a sudden disappearance complicates matters. A VIP code-blue crisis hits the hospital.

A young patient with an extreme diagnosis catches Su-jeong's attention. Hospital director Bu Seung-gwon remains doubtful of Su-jeong's true identity.

Su-jeong attempts a bold, unprecedented surgery to save Lee Hyeon-a's life. But when no one agrees to assist, Su-jeong calls for some unexpected backup.

With assistance, Su-jeong's risky surgery moves forward, earning the admiration of her fellow doctors. Later, someone from her past unexpectedly reappears.
