Ruggero and Teresa face the possibility of selling the clinic, while Angelo obtains his new ID and confronts Ines' need for space. At the clinic, a couple's case puts the new patient assistant Dora to the test.

As Angelo tries to win Ines back, Ruggero becomes involved in the case of a "clinic daughter" searching for her donor. Meanwhile, a lesbian couple must decide who will carry the pregnancy.

Sofia and Penelope finally seem to have found a balance. After an argument with Teresa, Ruggero offers to handle Emma's donor case. Meanwhile, tensions with Ines push Angelo closer to Dora.

After reconciling with Ines, Angelo helps his brother cope with a diagnosis of azoospermia. Meanwhile, Dora supports a new egg donor through her journey, and Ruggero meets Emma.

During his parents' anniversary celebration, old and new conflicts put Angelo's relationship with his family to the test. Back in Barcelona, Angelo and Ruggero are forced to deal with an emergency.
